AlNiCo Magnet In Our Life

AlNiCo magnet is an alloy which is made of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, copper iron and other materials. According to different processing types, AlNiCo magnet could be divided into two kinds, they are cast alnico and sintered alnico. The cast alnico has higher magnetic properties. It can be processed into different shapes and sizes. However the sintered alnico is in simple process and people could pressed it into required size directly.

AlNiCo magnet has small temperature coefficient. So that the magnetic properties is changed little by temperature changing. It highest working temperature can reach to 400 centigrade. At present, AlNiCo magnet is widely used in many instruments which need stable temperature. With the technology development, the AlNiCo magnet is used by people more and more. Even in the most simple packing magnet, we can see the shadow of AlNiCo magnet. Certainly the most widely used magnet is NdFeB magnet and Ferrite magnet now.

AlNiCo magnet is also called magnetic steel. Magnetic steel is made by several hard metal. Sometimes it is made of iron and aluminum, nickel, cobalt. Sometimes it is made of copper, niobium, tantalum. Due to their different consisting of a metal component and different magnetic properties, they are application to different fields. Such as sensor, instrument, electronic, mechanical and electrical, medical, teaching, automobile, aviation and military technology.
