The mainly advantage of NdFeB permanent magnet is price high and has good characteristics in machine direction. Characteristics of temperature are relatively poor, and easy to powder corrosion. The main differences between NdFeB permanent magnet And ferrite permanent  magnet are as followings:
Magnetic properties of ferrite magnet is worse than  NdFeB magnet, but price is more cheap.
Temperature resistant of the NdFeB permanent magnet is good. However the ordinary NdFeB magnet can only bear 80 degree.
3.Ferrite permanent magnet stability is very good. It is oxide and very stable. NdFeB permanent magnet is alloy and easy to oxidation. So you must coat to protect.
