Permanent Magnet Effect On The Shock Absorber

Permanent magnet is a kind of magnet which can ensure its magnetic without the external magnetic field. Different materials of permanent magnet have different magnetic time. The atomic structure of the permanent magnet is special and it has a magnetic moment of atom.In general, these mineral molecular disorganized. Can not appear the magnetic with mutual effect. But molecular orientation tend to the same with external force. Iron,cobalt, nickel are the most common magnetic material.
Permanent magnet plays an important role in the shock absorber. The shock absorber and the permanent magnet group will  be embedded in the movement of the piston. The piston rod is fixed on the the cylinder of shock absorber through both ends of the nylon sliding bearing. At this time, there will be a gap between the cylinder and piston. It makes the piston of permanent magnet reciprocating sliding freely in the cylinder.
Then the stator coil of cylinder will connect the wire and external electronic controller ECU directly. When the electric vehicles in good damping property road, it will make piston move reciprocating because of the end of shock absorbe connect with the wheels or the cradle directly.
The strong magnetic field due to the high density of the permanent magnets will continue to cut the stator coil. This will make the stator coil to generate induction AC, turning into DC after rectification. Then transmission electronic control switch.
